Contact and corrections
Use the monitored site mailbox for corrections, rights requests, privacy questions, accessibility problems, and advertising inquiries.
Monitored contact method
Email contact@starwarszerocompany.info. Include a clear subject line and the affected page URL. The mailbox is intended for site-related requests; it is not official EA, Bit Reactor, Lucasfilm, Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox support.
What to include
- Correction: page URL, disputed sentence, current game version, and a primary source if available.
- Copyright or takedown: the asset or text at issue, your relationship to the work, supporting details, and the requested action.
- Privacy: the page, approximate visit date, request type, and enough information to locate the relevant record without sending credentials or government identifiers.
- Accessibility: device, browser, assistive technology, page URL, and the task that was blocked.
- Advertising: page URL, approximate time, device, placement, and a screenshot of any misleading, broken, or inappropriate creative.
Response and safety
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, game account credentials, save files containing personal data, or unrelated sensitive information. We do not promise a fixed response time, but valid corrections, rights notices, and privacy requests are reviewed through this mailbox.
Public issue tracker
Non-sensitive technical bugs can also be reported through GitHub Issues. Issues are public, so use email for private context.
